You can also contact the Social Security Office at 1-800-772-1213 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday (TTY: 1-800-325-0778 or www.socialsecurity.gov), or your local Medicaid office.

Enrollment: You must have both Part A and Part B to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan. Enrollment in a plan may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period or are in your Medicare Initial Enrollment Period. Enrollment in any plan depends on contract renewal.
