Medicare Supplement Insurance: Medicare Supplement insurance is available to those age 65 and older enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B, and in some states to those under age 65 who are eligible for Medicare due to disability, ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), or End-Stage Renal Disease. Not connected with or endorsed by the United States Government or the Federal Medicare Program.

Plan Information: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) does not review or approve Medicare Supplement plan information. Medicare Supplement plans cannot be held with Medicare Advantage plans.

If you are eligible for Medicare, a licensed sales agent or agency will contact you to discuss Medicare plan options, such as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug plans, via phone or email. Submitting your information will not impact your current Medicare Part A and Part B enrollment, nor will it enroll you in any Medicare plan.

Extra Help: For plans with Part D Coverage: You may be able to get Extra Help to pay for your prescription drug premiums and costs. You can also contact the Social Security Office at 1-800-772-1213 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday (TTY: 1-800-325-0778 or www.socialsecurity.gov), or your local Medicaid office.

Enrollment: You must have both Part A and Part B to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan. Enrollment in a plan may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period or are in your Medicare Initial Enrollment Period. Enrollment in any plan depends on contract renewal.
